It’s always seemed stupid to join a gym to me.  There’s no reason why you want to go some place to work out, after all.  You can jog round the neighborhood, you can go swim in a lake if you live somewhere temperate, or you can bike ride.  I have always been on a prohibited small budget, so I haven’t ever needed to spend the money to join a gym anyway.  The difficulty is, unless you’ve got a huge block of free time, it is hard to exercise on your own.  Going to the gymnasium makes you’re employed out, because it gives you certain set jobs that you can use to bolster your body.  I noticed that I required a gymnasium, but I didn’t need to join one.  Instead, I made a home gym by purchasing some discount exercise kit.
